In rare show of unity, U.S. CEOs call for deficit fix

CEOs from over 80 large corporations in the United States have banded together to put pressure on Congress to reduce our federal deficit.  They say that this will "restore business confidence in our economy" and that will lead to investment.  Do you think this pressure will have a significant impact?

Climbing Out Of The Hole

Our latest 3rd Quarter Point of View is showing positive net absorption again!  Per Sim Doughtie, "As we have noted in the past, the Atlanta industrial market has certainly been on a roller coaster ride for the past few years.  Despite some promising indicators that we are climbing out of the hole, I do not believe that the up and down ride is quite over yet."
